9Health Fair Returns April 23 to Trinidad and Mt. San Rafael Hospital

TRINIDAD, CO – Mt. San Rafael Hospital is working with their partners at 9Health:365 (previously 9Health Fair) to coordinate the return of important health screenings for area residents this spring.  The annual 9Health:365 Fair has been on hiatus since the onset of COVID-19; however, this important Health Fair is making its long-awaited return Saturday, April 23rd, from 7:30am to 12 Noon at Mt. San Rafael Hospital.

9Health:365 can help you improve your health, strengthen your immune system, and get you on track to living your healthiest life.  Whether you’re hoping to monitor your overall health or discover your personal health risk factors, the 9Health:365 Fair has the screenings you need – at a price you can afford – empowering you to take health into your own hands.  The 9Health:365 Fair is designed to place a variety of life-saving health screenings under one roof, making it easy and affordable to learn about your health.  It also helps to promote health awareness, encourage participants to assume responsibility for their own health and to provide health screenings and information about potential health problems.

With the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the 9Health:365 Fair will be following CDC guidelines for safety to include requiring masks and encouraging appointments.
