Essential Workers Receive Free Oil Change and Safety Inspection

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., April 16, 2020 – Phil Long Dealerships recognizes all essential workers that are helping to keep our community protected, supplied, and healthy during the coronavirus pandemic as local heroes. To provide relief and vehicle safety, Phil Long Dealerships is offering employees working for a Critical Business or Critical Government a free oil change and safety inspection on registered vehicles now through April 30, 2020.

Phil Long Dealerships’ core business is transportation. Rooted in a deep history of philanthropic support and community care, Phil Long Dealerships will utilize their employees, resources, partnerships, and the Phil Long Community Fund to provide essential workers the freedom of movement.

Phil Long Dealerships has joined forces with the following community partners to provide this support to essential workers: Security Service Federal Credit Union, 5Star Bank, Karr Security Systems, and West Direct Oil.

Phil Long Dealerships has 15 vehicle service locations throughout the state of Colorado in Denver, Colorado Springs, Glenwood Springs, and Trinidad. Additionally, the automotive group has a service location at its dealership in Raton, New Mexico. Deemed as essential services during the coronavirus pandemic, Phil Long Dealerships’ Parts and Services Departments, staffed with over 500 employees, are open for vehicle repairs.

Appointments can also be scheduled by calling 719.387.8968 and walk-ins are accepted. Complimentary vehicle pick-up and delivery are provided within a 10-mile radius of a Phil Long service location or the Phil Long Collision Center.

As a part of Phil Long’s commitment to keeping their employees, customers, and community safe and healthy, serviced vehicles are sanitized; vehicle keys are placed in a clean bag and covers are placed on steering wheels and seats. Phil Long Dealerships fully supports and adheres to recommended guidelines by the Centers for Disease Control, State procedures, and local public health orders.
